Set up the API and backend

Set up the API, making it ready to be integrated into the website, and set up the backend server at localhost 3001. This does not include the database.

Page needs to include:

• Fetching of api data
• Data validation using Zod
• Backend running on localhost 3001
• Tests

Acceptance criteria:

• API returns data
• The data i validated to ensure an error from the API does not crash the application
• The backend is accessible through http://localhost:3001/
• Tests pass
