Many Google Books covers are low-res (zoom=1) or are blank/cropped pages. Higher zoom values return blank pages for some books, and Google's "image not available" picture loads without throwing an error, so the generated cover never shows. Ideas: pick one size (~400px wide); in the seed script, store coverURL '' for placeholders and too-small images (the app then shows the generated cover). Needs a reseed.
