Create centralized OpenF1 API service

Create a dedicated file for all API calls to the OpenF1 API. Other components and files should use functions from this file instead of making API requests directly.

Start by implementing API functions for retrieving:

• Driver image
• General driver information, such as:
  • Name
  • Team
  • Driver number
  • Nationality, where available

The structure should make it easy to add more OpenF1 API calls later.

Acceptance criteria

• A dedicated file/module for OpenF1 API calls is created
• Components do not contain direct OpenF1 API calls
• Functions are available for fetching driver images and general driver information
• API responses have appropriate TypeScript types
• Errors from API requests are handled appropriately
