Review and update the project documentation to reflect the current implementation and ensure the application is understandable and reproducible before M2. ### Tasks - [ ] Update `README.md` and `AGENTS.md` to reflect M2, the current repository structure, and implemented vs. planned functionality. - [ ] Document how to set up and run PostgreSQL, the backend, and the frontend locally, including environment variables, migrations, and optional seeding. - [ ] Update `docs/VM-setup.md` to reflect the actual deployment setup after #45 is merged, including database migrations and API verification. - [ ] Update `docs/architecture.md` and `docs/data-model.md` to reflect the implemented backend, database tables, relationships, and search functionality. - [ ] Clarify which GraphQL operations are currently implemented and which are still planned. - [ ] Update `docs/AI-USAGE.md` with missing AI usage from all group members, including relevant issues and PRs. - [ ] Document frontend API configuration and local proxy setup after #47 is merged. - [ ] Review testing instructions and update any outdated or inconsistent documentation. - [ ] Check that documentation links and commands work as described. ### Notes - Each group member is responsible for documenting their own AI usage. - This issue covers documentation only. Implementation fixes should remain in their respective issues.
