We should do our best to standardize the way we work using Git and Github. We should avoid creating friction as much as possible, while still making sure we are able to work effectively using issues and pull requests. Examples of a proper Git workflow would include: * Set up Pull Request templates * Standardize branch names * Define branch lifetimes * Set a merge strategy (squash and merge or merge and rebase)
