The BackendStatus footer was added to check that the frontend could reach the backend. Now that the search and detail pages fetch from it and show their own error states, the footer is redundant and sends an extra health request on every page load. # Tasks - Remove BackendStatus from App.tsx and delete its component, CSS and test - Remove HEALTH_QUERY if nothing else uses it - Update AGENTS.md (current state, folder structure, BACKEND_PORT note)
