### Description Create server and setup the proper bindings to the frontend. Also create database we should use SQLite as the database engine, but since we are using GraphQL we should also use Apollo. This is the task we need to complete for the second hand in. ### Rationale We need a database for the data in order to have search. We also need data that is manageable for both the client and server, and for that, the best method is by using a database with a proper wrapper (SQLite with GraphQL/Apollo). Since this is not an extremely large dataset and project, there is not much difference between using Sqlite and a larger industrial database (Like MySql or whatever Oracle gives their customers). ### Acceptance criteria - [x] Server up and running - [x] Apollo - [x] GraphQL Bindings work
