## Context The design tokens already exist in `src/styles/variables.css`, but frontend components need Tailwind utilities to use them consistently. The element-variant UI in #48 depends on these utilities, so this foundation should merge first. ## Scope - Expose the existing color, spacing, typography, radius, and shadow tokens through Tailwind CSS 4 theme aliases. - Load Faustina and Inter and connect them to the existing font tokens. - Use the existing navy text token for global headings. ## Done when - [ ] Existing design tokens are available as Tailwind utilities without introducing duplicate color values. - [ ] Faustina and Inter are loaded and used by the font theme utilities. - [ ] Global headings use the existing navy token. - [ ] `npm run build` passes.
