Libraries or functions to make reactive coding easier

I think we should implement a way to watch screen size and update accordingly. This would make it easier to condition styling where bootstrap breakpoints do not meet requirements so we don't have to use excessive @media queries.

I suggest either 'react-device-detect' library (not very optimistic about it) or a watcher function isMobile (better for reactiveness?)

Installed react-responsive and added global.ts in /constants so we can add hooks there and use globally without having to import and write again.
