Final refactor

This issue is associated with the task of reviewing and updating the codebase for the final time before delivery. The following tasks need to be considered:

• More use of pub/sub, less direct dependency injection
• Tweak "TopBarController.setMarketIntegration()" to act more universal
• Show playerstatus in top bar
• Make sure every class has appropriate JavaDoc
• Package-info.java files in every package
• Go from market to dashboard by selecting stock
• Add AI declaration where AI has been used
• Review saving system
• Add functionality for adding custom stock file
