implement catalogue UI with mock albums

What I've implemented

• Created the catalogue page with six mock albums.
• Added search functionality for album titles and artists.
• Added genre and decade filters, including all predefined options.
• Added rating selection controls.
• Added a clear-filters button and the option to hide the filter panel.
• Styled the page using the selected colour palette and fonts.
• Added links from album cards to the album detail page.
• Added mock data for testing the catalogue UI.

Testing

• Tested the catalogue in the browser.
• Verified search and filtering functionality.
• Verified the production build with pnpm build.

Notes

• The catalogue currently uses mock data.
• GraphQL integration and real database data will be implemented later.
• Rating filtering is not yet connected to actual rating data.
