feat: add home page search and filters, and polish the wheel

Summary

• Home page: search and multi-select filters (place types and favourites) shown as removable chips.
• Wheel: equal-sized segments that fill the whole wheel, no spokes, smaller gold pointer.
• Header: slow wave animation, disabled for reduced motion.

Notes

• utils/placeSearch.ts also exists in the routes PR with identical content.
• Added tests for the home page filters and the wheel layout.

Reviewed the home-page search and filters, wheel changes and updated tests.

The filters support multiple place types, combining them with favourites, removing individual filters and resetting the selection. Search and filtering now show the number of matching results instead of the total catalogue size, and the updated test covers this behaviour.

The wheel changes give the segments equal sizes, and the header animation respects reduced-motion preferences. Backend search and filtering remain follow-up work; this PR uses mock data.

All 16 tests, the production build, formatting and lint checks pass. The branch can merge with the current main without conflicts. No blocking issues found. Approved.
