Added an optional artist filter that works with artwork search and pagination, using the same conditions for results and
totalCount. Added a query for unique, non-empty artist names with search and pagination.Added seven API tests for filtering and artist options. All 12 API tests, linting and TypeScript checks pass. Tests require a running backend connected to the existing database.
