- Start Apollo Server on PORT (default 3001) after MongoDB connects - Add schema from docs/decisions-and-contracts.md, plus myEntry on Book - Add books query with search, genre/year filters, sort and cursor paging - Add book, genres and myShelf queries - Add setShelved, setRating and setNote mutations with input validation - Add ShelfEntry model (one entry per user and book) - Read the anonymous user ID from the x-user-id header - Document the API in server/API.md and add PORT to .env.example Refs #48
