Add first Spillkveld prototype with static data (#1)

Summary

Adds a first, runnable Spillkveld prototype for fellow students to try and review.

• Sets up React, TypeScript and Vite with clearly marked static example games.
• Adds search, player count, playing time and category filters, sorting, pagination and game details.
• Adds “Kveldens utvalg” with add/remove actions and browser storage.
• Updates the Norwegian README with setup steps, current limitations and future plans.
• Adds catalog and interaction tests, plus responsive layout and keyboard focus styles.

The game data, visual design and interaction choices are proposals for group review. The prototype does not yet use GraphQL or a database. The implementation and documentation were prepared with AI assistance and should be reviewed by the group.

Testing

• npm run dev — opened locally and checked at desktop and mobile widths
