BookDetails now recieves the list it was opened from, and finds previous and next book. Buttons are disabled at both ends.

BookDetails now receives the list it was opened from, and finds previous and next book. Buttons are disabled at both ends.
A known limitation on this PR is that BookDetails only receives the Books for the page it was one when a book was selected, meaning only the 12 books that is on the grid is "browsable".
Moved searchQuery and debounce to App.tsx so that it survives clicking into BookDetails.
