Basic project structure finished

Summary

• Fixed POM and IntelliJ run configurations.
• Added all the structural components mentioned in Part 1
• Simple implementation of methods and JavaDocs
• Some TODO's/JavaDocs unfinished
• Not implemented exception handling and user testing / JUnit.

Some fundamental variables haven't been set yet because of weak explanations in the project requirements.
The TODO's contain some of the important places where these variables occur, either than that it'll be better going with user testing.
