New-CalendarFile

A PowerShell script to generate ICS (iCalendar) files for calendar events, with full support for recurring events.

Parameters

Parameter	Required	Description
`Title`	Yes	Event title/summary
`StartDate`	Yes	Start date and time
`EndDate`	No	End date and time (defaults to 1 hour after start)
`Description`	No	Event description
`Location`	No	Event location
`AllDay`	No	Creates an all-day event
`Recurring`	No	Recurrence frequency: `Daily`, `Weekly`, `Monthly`, `Yearly`
`RecurCount`	No	Number of occurrences (cannot be used with `RecurUntil`)
`RecurUntil`	No	End date for recurrence (cannot be used with `RecurCount`)
`RecurInterval`	No	Interval between recurrences (default: 1)
`RecurDays`	No	Weekdays for weekly recurrence: `MO`, `TU`, `WE`, `TH`, `FR`, `SA`, `SU`
`OutputPath`	No	Output file path (defaults to `<Title>.ics` in current directory)
`Alarm`	No	Reminder in minutes before the event

Simple one-time event

Weekly standup on specific days
