##perspective

When someone creating any new product it is common to find it easy to navigate and use. You know the platform, you made it. this often locks the developers perspective. the developer knows what works and why. that is why user tests are important. They provide a new perspective, and probably use the application in a way that the developer would not think of.

Intuision

When userability tests are run in order to see how user use the program. whith the users having never or rarely used the program it shows how they intuitively use it. Here experience often plays a role, users that have a lot of experience with similair appllications often have more similair results and behaviors if the program is decently intuitive. This is also why a wide range of users need to test the program, the aim is to make the program as intuitiv and user friendly as possible

bug fixes

When new people use the program in new and un expected ways, they often find new and un expected bugs.
