Adds an accessible form for users to submit UFO sightings.

Changes

  • Added /submit route and navigation link.
  • Added client-side validation with clear error messages.
  • Added clickable Leaflet map for selecting latitude and longitude.
  • Added keyboard-accessible coordinate inputs and visible focus states.
  • Added success feedback after submission.
  • Submitted sightings appear in search results and detail pages.
  • Added shared in-memory sighting store for the current mock-data setup.

Test: fix Banner and hooks tests after merge
700060d 
The submit form (#46) made Banner use router links and useSighting
read from a store, which broke the tests added in #22. Wraps Banner
in a MemoryRouter, looks for the title as a link and runs useSighting
inside renderHook. No production code changes.
