fix: use filtered navigation handlers in App component (#35)

PR Description

Summary
Updates handlePrevious and handleNext in src/App.tsx to use GetPrevFiltered and GetNextFiltered with the active filters selected by the user.
Changes

  • Updated navigation to respect the filter selection.

Closes #35
