Testing
Testing has been conducted throughout the development of the Help Me Help (HmH) application to evaluate usability and functionality.
The system has been tested in two iterations:
- Wireframe Testing (Iteration 1)
- MVP Testing (Iteration 2)
Early testing using Figma prototypes to evaluate navigation, layout, and first impressions.
Summary:
-
Wireframe testing showed that users quickly understood the purpose of the application and were able to complete basic tasks.
-
However, several usability issues were identified, particularly related to:
- navigation clarity
- limited feedback after actions
- uncertainty around credibility of organizations
Testing of the functional application to evaluate real user interaction and system behavior.
Summary:
-
MVP testing showed clear improvements compared to the wireframes, with users able to complete core tasks such as registration, navigation, and making donations.
-
However, some usability challenges remained, including:
- lack of visual feedback after actions
- missing credibility indicators
- unintuitive interaction flows in some areas
